"Used to go there a lot ,to buy tires and service on tires as well but sadly I will be taking my business elsewhere. Last time I went they scratched up my rims. Needed to mount some new tires on some black rims that I had recently bought and they mounted them with the wrong side out. I had to tell them they were wrong and when they took them to flip over one rim came back with a huge scratch on the edge(they're black so u were able to see it right away). I told the person that was putting them on and he admitted to the damage. Then the owner or manager said that the rim was already like that. Like I said after years of buying there he couldn't admit to the damage and now the rim is ruined and will need service itself. A 25 dollar charge for damaging your wheels. Don't go there unless u want you wheels damaged."

"I went to fix a flat, and they were very nice at first, and as a woman, it’s hard to go to places like this without feeling uncomfortable, or like they’re taking advantage in pricing. Right when I paid and the guy walked away, they started making comments about how they charged me $15 to patch up my tire and then started laughing. Additionally they kept cussing (3 guys) right in front of my daughter. This is the reason why I’d never bring my business to this place again, or recommend it. I wouldn’t want my daughter or any females feeling like that when they come to a man dominant establishment. Also to compare I did ask pricing on a used tire and they quoted $50-60 when down the street they had just told me $30-35."
