"I have never been to this facility but they do not take HIPPA breaches seriously. I have been receiving information from a patient that is not myself, their appointment times, name and address for their appointments. I have called 3 different times to have my phone number removed from this account in order to stop receiving patient information and no changes have been made. Very disappointed and would certainly second guess ever bringing my child here because you never know who they're going to send their information to without your knowledge or consent apparently."

"After reading the negative reviews I feel that its important for me to leave a positive review of the easy experiences I have had here so far! Dr. Muchulihy (probably misspelled, sorry) has been wonderful and when he was unavailable we were able to see a temp doctor who was equally as wonderful. He has always treated my daughter very well on our visits and the nurses who have administered all the vaccines have been wonderful and patient with our daughter as well. My boyfriend and I feel very comfortable bringing our daughter here. We would both highly recommend this place as a reputable pediatrician. The negative reviews do not reflect any of the visits we have had so far. As first time parents in a weird and unplanned pandemic, we feel more than comfortable and well cared for coming here. I truly cannot understand where the negative reviews are coming from."

"We had the worst experience with our two month old today! I left a review on another site already and had to share on here too, that’s how bad it was. It’s extremely sad I couldn’t trust the doctor with my son. I asked the doctor TWICE to stop touching my son because of how it was making him scream! Dr. Mulcihy told me it was normal but when your baby is screaming from being touched aggressively there’s something wrong! I trusted my moms instincts and I’m so glad I did! Dr. Mulcihy proceeded with insults, belittling and bullying! There’s a difference between sarcastic humor and rudeness! I left in tears and will never go back!"

"I think that the negative reviews may come from the doc’s direct and honest nature. He’s always been straight forward but never in a rude way. In the south that can be construed as rude, but he is not. Just because he isn’t sugary sweet and may not treat every child like a princess does not mean he is rude. Usually rude people point the finger when they don’t get what they want. We’ve been to him many times attempting to find the right med and dose for my daughter’s severe ADHD and he’s never once treated us like a nuisance. Yes he has denied us antibiotics at one point because he felt she had a virus. Turns out he was right, and we didn’t have to unnecessarily give her antibiotics. If it had turned into something worse I wouldn’t have held it against him. Doctors are not psychic magicians and people need to stop treating them like they are."

"Posted a while back about this doctor not being very gentle. But to be honest, since then we have once again had to get daughters throat swabbed and forcefully had to hold her down to do it since it was the only way. So in all fairness, just wanted to post that. But I still believe it's worth it to take as much time as possible to calm or distract a child or use humor before going straight to holding them down, though. That way they aren't perpetually scared of doctors visits in future.. This is how I've seen others doctors approach it.. Just my personal belief and two cents."
