Everything was done on a timely manner, very efficient, and with the highest of quality. With that been said, my Tahoe was there for only a few days and it runs magnificently. I was very pleased and content with the type of job it was performed on my Tahoe and very satisfied with the amount of time they took to fix my transmission. "I cannot say enough good things about Joe and his shop! Long story short, I took my C7 to Mission Chevrolet and they told me I would need a new engine and quoted me $15,000! On the diagnostic report it stated the damage was “catastrophic” and “needing engine replacement.” I am so happy I took my car to New Chapter for a second opinion. These guys were honest and found the issue within less than an hour of receiving the car. Turns out it was a broken valve spring and cost me less than $1k to fix. I’m a woman and I am constantly lied to when it comes to issues involving mechanic work, so I am so relieved to have found a shop that not only has the most knowledgeable mechanics for corvettes, but also is reasonably priced, and most importantly, HONEST. "Had some work done on my C4 with Joe at new chapter. I like that he listens to the customer and lets you know what's going on every step of the way. Also, he treats your car with kid gloves. His location may be somewhat of a drive. But believe me, it's worth it. He is a true Corvette mechanic."
