"I used to come here as a kid but stopped when I got into my high school years because I would get extremely cut up on the back of my neck and side of my ears leading to a weird tingling sensation for days to follow. Found out it was most likely from dirty and overused clippers/trimmers. After years of giving this place a break I decided to try again. I’ve now gone back 3 times in 5 months and every single time i get extremely cut up and irritated. Anywhere else I’ve been, I don’t have this problem. Kevin cuts my hair every time so maybe it’s just his lack of cleanliness and not the entire shop but who knows. The Haircut always turns out great but that doesn’t make up for the literal blood that gets drawn every time he cuts my hair. I specifically even told Kevin to be carful on my neck and sides yet he seemed to press down harder this time, than he ever has… I tip 100% too so I never understood this kind of behavior. I love to support the locals and small businesses which is why I choose these smaller hair cut shops but sadly I do NOT recommend this place for GUYS atleast until Kevin gets new gear and an attitude check."

"We had booked an appointment for recoloring hair. As soon as we walked in the man started shouting at us that our service dog needed to leave and we couldn't be in there. He refused to look at the service animal ID and ignored that we needed him present for the alerting an heart conditioned. He kept insisting that it is illegal to have him inside and it will have a $500 fee. He did not allow him to stay inside, refused to continue working and told us to be outside. I'm very dissapointed with the outcome of the service and it should not have escalated to the point of kicking us out"

"This place is a 10/10. The hair stylists are so nice, start conversations with you, and treat you with respect. Their talent is also top notch, they took my brassy orange and black hair and gave me blond hair better than I asked for in the inspo photo. The prices are also accommodating. LT hair care is the place to go when getting your hair done."
