"Went in as a walk in for my haircut and my son. For my haircut I was able to sit right down. For my sons haircut the barber that cut my hair had to leave so he told me one of the other barbers would be able to take care of my son. I sat there for 1.5 hours watching people keep passing us while nobody acknowledged us sitting there. I assumed these people had an appointment. I finally got upset and asked what was going on that we kept getting skipped and the barber apologized said he misunderstood which was fine to me. He then says we’ll grab him next. Two more people come in clearly as walk ins because they said it. They sit down before my son. At that point, I got up and walked out. I’m only one customer out of many which is fine but I for sure won’t be back. Hopefully it’s not like that all the time but that was my first time there and I won’t attempt again."

I had the privilege of getting my hair cut the the one and only rooster a.k.a ro Whom like the roster stood tall and let it be known what time it was Which was time to get my hair on point. "Just recently moved to San Antonio after having the same barber for 17 years walked in asked the first barber how long the wait would be and if they did hot shaves he said one minute and he left for a moment the customer he was working on briefly walked to the back he came back with a young man named Avery .Avery Introduced himself and I told him what I wanted I asked him how much he told me he took me in right away spent about 45 minutes with him he was friendly professional and a great attitude Matter fact I liked him enough when my son got out of school I took him back at 4:30 and again Avery Took him in right away as He just finished up with another customer.
