"Needed a new battery for my van. I used a wheelchair. When I called Josh said they would come out and test and install for me. When I got there I called to let them know I was there. Josh said it would be awhile because they were very busy. I didn’t mind at all. They were more than kind. Still, less than 5 minutes later JD came to my van. He tested the battery, which did need to be replaced. I talked to him about my financial limitations and need in a batter because I know my wheelchair and seat lifts draw a lot of juice. He was very knowledgeable about my situation. He thought the best way for me to get what I needed and work within my budget was to go to Walmart. After talking, I decided on a less expensive battery from Auto Zone for the time being and asked him to give me the price for the best one so I can come back and get it in 3 months. I know that means I’ll end up paying more in the long run, but I’m glad to do it. JD’s knowledge and stellar customer service made me know that spending my time and money at Auto Zone is the way to go. JD installed my battery very quickly. All-in-all, this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at an auto part store. If you need help, go and talk to the guys at this store. Ask for JD (Josh is pretty awesome too). You’ll be glad you did."
