"I had a caliper lock up on me on 410 near Pleasanton Rd, so I drove slowly to this AutoZone, and went inside. I was immediately greeted and assisted upon walking in. After discussing the issue, the rep asked me if I had a single or dual-piston caliper, which I didn't know, so another rep went outside to check. Within about a minute, he came back and let her know I had the dual; she popped in the information and determined that they do have the part, but it was at their warehouse. After I told her I drove the vehicle here and that I can't make it home as is, she offered to have their driver go get the part from the warehouse and bring it, which was said to take about 30 minutes. She got it ordered, delivered, and took care of me very efficiently with professionalism and an amazing attitude. I was able to get the repair done in the parking lot, gave her my old caliper for the core charge, and I was back on the road. I definitely recommend this AutoZone!"
