"Amazing customer service!! My wife's van died in the adjacent parking lot. She had our three little kids with her and went in seeing if someone could help her. A wonderful employee, Chris, was incredible. Very sweet and came out to look at the car. He then checked to see if it was the battery or the alternator. After determining it was the battery he changed it for my wife and got her back on the road. I am so thankful for him taking care of my family!"
"Purchased a new Die Hard battery and within the first year the battery dies. Brought to this location for a replacement and they state they will not replace the battery until they have charged it for 5 hours for a retest. The battery tested bad. I needed the vehicle at that moment and they reiterated the need to keep and test for 5 hours. Vehicle, stuck on the side of the road, stranded, so wait 5 hours? After reading the warranty coverage, there was no indication that I must wait for a charge and retest. I could be wrong, maybe find in writing this inconvenient policy. The battery tested bad."

"This location is A++! The guys there were quick and at-tentative They tested my car for a battery, found me a new one and installed all in under 30 minutes from the time I walked into the store. I love the convenience of this store to our residence as well. I highly recommend this location and hope they don't ever close it."
