"It's not a bad place for the money at all. I wasn't expecting much, but I was wrong. Surroundings were very clean and maintained. Customer service super nice and very friendly. We stayed here due to work with our bucket trucks and there was Plenty parking. Room was very clean. They had a small kitchen in them. Think of it as a studio apt. Location was great many things to do at walking distances. Overall I'd give it a 5 star. No complaints here"
"Yall that girl shawna omfg she is the sweetest woman i ever met like. I have no words for this lady here an her staff these people go above and beyond to help people coming to this location, i swear i rather stay here than stay any other place she makes me an my whole family feel like family seeing her brigthens my day if i had a hard day shawna always listened to me shes seen me sit in there an cry trying to figure out my next step right along with me. She is really something special theres no words for how she comes behind her tenants"
"Horrible experience! The general manager Shaun was very unprofessional and extremely rude!! I booked a reservation online. When I arrived she said it wasn’t in the system. Never apologize and offered a room for the next day. She had a bad attitude for no reason! She said they gave the room to someone else. Then I asked to speak to a manager. She said she can’t give that information. So, I called their customer service number. They informed me, my reservation was still active and in the system. Then when I told her she gets an attitude and said she’s going cancel my reservation. Ridiculous!"
"Shawna has been so down to Earth, very respectful, considerate, and very Understandable!!!!! Property has always maintained integrity of cleanness. Housekeeping also brags about my wife cleaning but they will also do a emaculant job too. But pricey however like I said above, WELL WORTH IT!!! THANK YOU MANAGEMENT AND TEAM MEMBERS FOR EVERYTHING Y'ALL WORK TOGETHER TO ACCOMPLISH!!!!"
"People let me tell you about Shawna. She is simply amazing. This is a person who is understanding, responsive, compassionate, and has a genuine care for her tenants. The main reason I chose this location was because of her existing raving reviews. I needed somewhere to stay while I got on my feet and found an apartment. This was an amazing 3 month stay. Also, the two onsite gentlemen were also so helpful and understanding no matter how many times I locked myself out my room. From me and the kiddo thank you so much!!"
