"I drove from Katy Texas which is an hour away to pick up my order from this store since the representative said they only had them available there. To find the store with the gates down while the employees are in there saying they are doing inventory on a Sunday at 2:30pm! They said an hour to open it’s not 3:35 and still not open customer are walking by in disbelief as I am to find a store on a Sunday closed in the middle of the afternoon to do inventory! This is unprofessional & completely unacceptable. My order has been placed and paid for (5) days ago all they had to do is grab it and give it to me. I’m definitely calling corporate and brining this to their attention. Who ever is overseeing this store is doing a terrible job. Reviewing to reviews and nothing but negative feedback. This is a show store in a good mall and this shouldn’t be happening, for me it’s my first time at this mall since I live an hour away!"

"Trash! That’s all I can say about this place. Why have a job if you’re not willing to work. I came in at 3pm on 2/6/2024 and asked the manager if they had size 7 for multiple shoes, not one had a size 7. I decided to check online and there it is, it was showing in stock. I asked the manager again he looks it up and say oh we have it. Goes to the back and come back 10 min later just to tell me “they’re packed up bro, sorry”. Whatever that means. I place the order online for “pick up today” and never got notification about it. I call and call the store and no answer. I buy from this store a couple of times a year but this will be the last. I will also be cancelling the order."

"The associates are too lazy to update prices on their products?? I came in because the red price tags they had ALL over the store about the 50% year end sale but I go up to pay and they say it’s not on sale and it’s because a lot of items haven’t been updated and are in need of updating because they might not be on sale anymore. False advertising and didn’t seem too willing to try to help me find something in the category I was looking for to see if something was still on sale. Not a great experience, would recommend going to a different JD’s."

"Waiting for 15 mins. Out of the 3 employees. 2 were busy in buying cookies from a guy. While only one of the employees was helping customers and a big line was waiting. Is this a joke? Will never be returning to this stupid run down store."

"I asked a girl named Alyssa if they had a size on a pair of shoes, she didn’t even check if they had them and she just said “no”, with a terrible attitude. Then, I asked someone else and they told me they had the size I wanted. I waited for 20 minutes and no one brought them, so I asked again and this time a guy told me “I only have them in X size”, I asked if I could try them on and I kept waiting. I asked again and someone else told me that they didn’t have ANY size. At this point I had been waiting for almost 30 minutes and no one knew anything. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’m never going back there."
