"Sometimes they have cute stuff however the store is way too small and difficult to shop when there's more than 5 people shopping I'm there. Like the review below also mentions - customer service isn't good. Reps don't pay much attention to you and if you ask something, at least as of last week 8.24.22 when I went in, the manager on duty didn't even let me finish my question, acted and responded very rudly. There wasn't any other shopper int he store so it wasn't busy. Then she tried to be extra nice when she saw I left the jacket I was looking at and left. Good luck not losing customers that way..."
"Cute tiny store. Believe this is 2nd time we have dropped in. It's just so small and hard to even look. Today was actually just even hard to get to one half because a group of shoppers blocked half the store. Not once were we acknowledged or addressed. Employees seemed to be having their own conversation even thou it seemed busy with shoppers. However theres always time to acknowledge a shopper!!"
"A nice, cozy, eclectic store, with a light atmosphere.... but a little pricey. They have a mix of clothes and gifts (think wine glasses with script writing, patterned bowls, unique wine stoppers, etc.). I snagged a little keychain to give for Mother’s Day. They had a variety of things for bridal showers/bridesmaids as well. I will probably come back to shop for gifts in the future."
"I was just in and I appreciated Emily the sales associate which was helpful, however when I was checking out the shift manager was very opinionated and made negative remarks to my taste of fashion to the point of being extremely uncomfortable, extremely unprofessional and grab my shopping bag and walked me to the door. I don't understand because I'm a regular shopper at this location and I've never been treated like this. I hope this issue will be addressed, you cannot treat your shoppers like that nor profile them. So disappointed."
