"I had high hopes for my son's wedding. Especially since we just lost his brother late last year. I thought doing business with CC would have been a pleasant one. It has been a nightmare and disheartening as these people do not care about the customer experience. Customers are just numbers. I offered to buy a more expensive dress in place of credit, no they rather gain $250.00. That's way more important than repeat business or a happy customer. Please I Urgue not to purchase anything from this company as you be charged a 50% restocking fee for no items received. They have made what is already stressful situation unbearable please take your business elsewhere where you are appreciated and the company wants your business. They have made a “mother of the groom” purchase a horrible experience! I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY!!"

"Store has some cute stuff, the staff isn’t very welcoming let alone friendly. The deciding dress had stains on 2 of the 3 sizes available along with buttons torn off. the 3rd dress had a theft censor that they didn’t have the equipment to remove it with? First time and don’t think I’ll be back. If it was a forever 21 it would be different, you get what you pay for but marketing as a luxury clothing store- i was extremely underwhelmed from the service to the faulty clothing. UPDATED: unfortunately I was not able to respond- My intention is not to bash a small brand but to leave an honest review based on my experience. I understand as an owner it is your duty to stand behind your brand. But being that you watched your security footage you should be able to see / hear that I was in fact not greeted at all until I brought my items to the counter where our first interaction was when I was asked if I wanted a dressing room started. In my review I mentioned that there was no equipment to remove the sensor- the rep used scissors to remove it from the dress which in turn left blemishes. This was before noticing buttons ripped off the neck. I didn’t mind the blemishes as it was at the bottom and unnoticeable to anyone other than myself (which the sweat stain on the others were noticeable to anyone) I understand things get over looked but ultimately the employees customer service just wasn’t there and didn’t seem to care if they made you, a business owner a sale or not. I felt compelled to respond as it seems that the review based on my experience was fabricated."

We needed a cute, feminine store in Houston for the longest and Eye Candy has become a staple in me and all my friends wardrobes. The staff is sweet and super helpful! The owner Sierra picked my birthday dress and shoes for me and I got nonstop compliments all night long."
