"Love, love, love the clothes here and have been a customer for many years. Not sure exactly what is going on with sales staff & online returns lately. Two different circumstances and two different women. One wouldn’t exchange a size that was in the store & one wouldn’t research an exchange that wasn’t recorded. Both totaled to a $7 difference (the cost of a latte) - not a lot of money - in the past, customer service was never a problem. When I’m buying a full price item and pieces are being brought to the dressing room feel valued. The same level of service isn’t always extended with online returns. Today, like my other negative experience, was dismissed without further discussion."

"One of the employees was friendly but the others just stood around looking like security guards protecting some valuable treasure. I clearly needed assistance finding items and I received no help. I ended up buying two items and moving on for a better customer experience elsewhere. I have shopped at other White House Black Market stores and the service was fantastic but this store needs some training in how to treat customers."

"All the ladies were so helpful in putting together an outfit. The service alone would keep someone coming back, but the clothes are great too. My mom got a very nice work suit, and we were both excited to find what she needed. They have beautiful dresses, jackets, and jewelry here. Highly recommend !"
