"Both Cole and Kaitlyn are fun and motivating instructors. They offer a variety of adult workout classes from Pop Pilates to HIIT and to their newest offering of Tae Fit (among others)! It’s also great they provide variations for all workouts so if you’re a beginner or you want a challenge, you feel great after each class. I recommend checking out the studio for a class!"
