"I was severe pain. After sign in only took 3 minutes. I was escorted to the back. I meet with the doctor on the way to my room. The ER dept. was great. They took care me. Then was admitted in the hospital. The hospital staff were great. The doctor came into my room and listen to me . Thank you for taking care of me"
"I was admitted to Southlake Methodist for emergency surgery last week, it was my first experience there. The doctors and nurses were very attentive, knowledgeable and gracious. I felt I was in good hands the week I was there and would recommend this hospital to others. Clean, quiet and great communication. "We had a wonderful experience in the emergency department. We had no wait when bringing my mother in. From triage to being cared for in the room, the nurses and physician were so attentive. While my mother needed additional testing, we were informed of time frames and her plan of care. Happy to say we were discharged after the results came in and had a clear picture for the care at home. Dr Butterfield treated her with such compassion and skill. The nurses( Lacy, Angela, Michaela) took great care of us! My sister even commented tha she would drive an hour to come to an ER like this!"
