"Excellent experience. The staff and teachers genuinely care. Our 3yo enjoys his time here, which gives us great peace of mind during our workday. The children in his class are very well behaved. He never complains about getting hit, pushed or anything like that (which happened frequently in a previous, highly rated daycare). I have also seen them address properly the behavioral issues in other classes. There is zero TV use here. Food comes from good sources (Kroger, US Foods) and it is prepared in-house. They serve organic milk and bottled water. Well worth the wait in the waitlist."

"Our daughter has been attending the Primrose School of Southlake for over a year. We are absolutely delighted with the standard of care for our daughter, the curriculum, and the level of communication we receive from the staff. After my maternity leave, I was concerned about the transition to daycare, as many working moms are. However, all of my fears were assuaged when I met Mrs. Anna and the rest of the infant teachers. These professionals LOVE children and are able to instill routines, teach important skills, and make the children feel safe. Our daughter has fun, interacts with children her age, and is learning so many new things every day. It is hard to leave my daughter each day, but I am confident that I am leaving her in the very best hands."

"Well, what can I say about Primrose School of Southlake...a lot. For the past 8 years our two boys have grown up with this Primrose family. Tomorrow will be our youngest kiddos last day at this facility. He will be attending Kindergarten come August. He started his journey here when he was just 3 months old and now he is 5. As a parent, leaving your kiddos at daycare can be a very challenging experience. The Primrose staff has always made our family feel like their own. Primrose provided such a great balance of structure and values. What makes this place so special are the people and friends you meet along the way. From the first day back in 2014 when we started here to now 2022, Primrose School of Southlake has been a great part of our day to day lives. "I absolutely love this school. Both of my kiddos started at a young age, about three months old and I could not imagine sending them anywhere else. It is always tough leaving your babies to go back to work but Primrose made the transition as seamless as possible. The teachers are wonderful and my kids have thrived under their care and curriculum. The best part is that they enjoy going to school and look forward to it each morning.
