"Here I can just talk about my experience. I have allergies for different products when I die my hair. I been blonde fir almost 5 years and never got no problems to do my roots.I informed all my concerns to the professional in charge to do the roots of my hair. Even know she had fully knowledge of my condition she still decided to put a product that gave me allergies. I asked her to please wash off as I was in pain with the reaction, instead she continued and said that was normal! At this point the owner come to see what’s was happening and tried to help. I spent almost 6 hours to do my roots, the service was bad, I missed the play at Theater which costed 80dollars and if I haven’t taken my allergic medication they would probably had to call 911. My experience was traumatizing. I still paid 200 dollars because At this point I just wanted to leave this place! The owner offered me to go fix my hair another day, but I will never EVER come back there."
