"Oh my God I found the best dentist ever. We had such bad experiences with a previous place and I was so skeptical but this place is awesome I highly recommend it for anyone that has a child or an adult with special needs today we saw Dr Cheng was very professional very nice very informative, his assistant Denise was very gentle in her cleaning. Ilien was the technician that did her x-rays Danny actually loved the assistance that she received she had smiles throughout the entire procedure. The front staff friendly very very friendly very sweet. Check out that cleaning what a smile."

"I would describe my experience at this establishment as unwelcoming. Considering how much money a dental procedure cost and also how much vulnerability it take to have someone work on your teeth, I would have expected to be helped in a much more polite and hospitable manner. Both times I went the staff seemed to undermine my questions and also we’re giving me contradictory answers. Besides this being confusing, it was frustrating getting two different answers from two different people. Also when I went in for my procedure today at 3pm I wasn’t helped or even greeted until 4pm. I understand that the physician had another surgery run long but what I can’t comprehend is that no one in his team thought that they should let me know that there would be a long wait. After an hour I went up to the reception and asked how much longer it would be and they replied with “I’m not sure but do you still want your procedure. I replied with “of course that’s why I’m here. I just want to know how much longer of a wait it’ll be” she asked me again if I wanted to continue to wait for my procedure, but like i said I had already said yes to waiting. At that point it felt like she was just being dismissive and hostile. This is the last thing anyone who is getting dental surgery should have to experience and my recommendation, for anyone wanting great (or even good) customer service, would be to find another dentist. Finally, the only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars is bc the physician that helped me today was kind and performed the procedure seamlessly."

"If I could give negative stars I would. We came to this facility in 2017. We recently moved back to the area, so I took all my children in for an exam and cleaning. Today 1/3/23 I had my older 2 children in. I requested an Ortho consultation (which we had in 2017 through them) The office manager has to be one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in 18 years of taking my children to the dentist. She flat out refused to schedule a consultation because my child has work that needs to be done. She needs work on some teeth that will potentially need pulled for ortho. The dentist also agreed to start with the worst part and schedule consultation. This office manager condescendingly said the dentist is new and she doesn't know. So, they want to fix teeth and collect money for that and then I will have to pay to have them pulled???? Make that make sense????? This same office manager rudely stated that if we cancel my 2 kid's appointments i scheduled for later afternoon day of, they will no longer schedule us like that. I asked that was barring illness and she basically shrugged me off. She also rudely stated that they normally charge a deposit but since my kids receive Medicaid they won't. Then went on to say that if we do cancel then they won't schedule us like that anymore (understandable but the rudeness and condescending tone was absolutely uncalled for). I was happy with the dentist, but the office manager is bad for business. We will more than likely be taking our dental care elsewhere as well as our orthodontic work that needs to be done. Update: Laura the office Manager called less than 24 hours before my kids appointment and cancelled it in retaliation of my review of HER not the dentists. The appointment has been scheduled since the 3rd and I arranged off work for this specific appointment that is several hours long. The DENTIST agreed we should see ortho before fixing all the teeth that needed work. I have never had an issue getting an Orth consultation anywhere else. Laura dismissed the dentist because she "is new". Today I continued to explain I wanted a second opinion with Orth, Laura laughed and then said wouldn't I want it with a general dentist, NO I WANT IT WITH ORTH??? Seems like Laura wants to charge up Medicaid bills on teeth that would potentially need to be removed. I will be filing a formal complaint since apparently she is district manager of this place."
