"I Loathe going to the dentist. I will do my very best to avoid the experience at all cost. I had a bad experience when I was younger and I actually bring an extra shirt when I go to the dentist because the one I'm wearing in the chair will be wet with sweat after the process. I have to say after having a crown and root canal done with Dr. Ramirez and his amazing staff, Yvonne and Valeria, I have already scheduled my next appointment without fear or dread. Dr. Ramirez is very gentle and explains what he is doing and why he is doing it. Yvonne is right there to assist Dr. Ramirez and to hold your hand and check on you through out the process. Valeria makes sure you know how the insurance works and what things will cost. There isn't any "hidden" fees or confusion about the bill. Safe to say, this experience has changed my attitude towards dentistry. Thank you, Dr. Ramirez and staff! You are the best!"
