"I get 3 free cleanings a year through my dental insurance. The soonest appointment they can get you scheduled for after a cleaning with them is… more one year out! You have way too many clients if the ones you already have can’t get regular cleanings. They also make the fact they overbook the client’s problem - eg. their text confirmation system “doesn’t go through to them” so they scold you at your appointment for not giving them a call even though you confirmed via text like the message asked. If you’re even a couple minutes late, they will reschedule you because that’s how crazy booked they are. I haven’t had a single appointment with them where someone at the front desk hasn’t scolded me like I’m a child. I received a cleaning with no imaging/X-rays. After a year of not being at the dentist, the whole point of the appointment is to check on the health of my teeth not just to have someone else floss/brush them. Will be switching dentists offices to someone more available!!"

"They do not hire enough hygienists. You can’t schedule a cleaning less than nine months out, even though you are supposed to go every six months. If they cancel your appointment (which happened to my fiancé), good luck getting rescheduled anytime soon."

"I made an appointment at this location as a new patient on December 20 2023 online for January 19 2024 at 3:30PM. I have the confirmation text in my messages. I arrive at 3:20PM and the door is locked and no one is answering the phone. If the appointment I booked did not work for them they had plenty of time to call me and reschedule. Very unprofessional."

"Dr Somoza and the x-ray/assistant were super nice and walked me through everything in my exam. The front desk lady was super pleasant and knew what she was doing. Much better than other places that take HMO. They are friendly, professional, and efficient. I went to another place before Castle slaughter that tried to rip me off and the front desk treatment was awful. So happy to have found this place."
