"Signs of a cutting edge, incredible Dental practice: 1. top notch hygienist and staff, 2. in house technology, 3. Periodontist on staff, 4. various sedation options and last, but not least, 5. excellent Dentists who truly care and are passionate. At Paradigm, the hygienists are very experienced, gentle, and patient. The office staff is knowledgeable about insurance coverage and explained the cost up front. And, the office is modern and welcoming. I have avoided the dentist for a while, knowing I needed a periodontal procedure and deep clean. Dr.Mike and Dr.Mark have invested in the best technology and they offer conscious sedation. After meeting with Dr.Mark I decided to move forward with his team. I also chose Paradigm because they have an excellent Periodontist available, Dr. Blackwell. Yesterday, I did the deep clean with Dr.Mike, and the periodontal procedure with Dr. Blackwell and their team. (Thank you mom/daughter team!) I did the conscious sedation as well and everything went so smoothly. I’m definitely a loyal client now and truly appreciate the utmost care and attention I received. "What a TREAT! Has my appointment on Halloween for 6 month check up and cleaning. They were extremely through on the cleaning and I appreciate they make recommendations but do not push. On Halloween, they go all out decorating the office and even costume competition. Great experience!"
