"Chicken sandwiches are hit and miss for how expensive they are. Got mine today and it was tough and pink on the inside. Not very good, guess they got my money and I get to be hungry. Seems it’s this way when they are the most busy. Also didn’t have my child’s toy in her bag, and I heard another family saying the same thing."
"After moving back here from out of state , I was looking forward to the southern hospitality again. There is none at this location whatsoever. You’re lucky if you get a “my pleasure” or a smile. The food is hit or miss. Some days the fries aren’t salted and their sweet tea isn’t that good. I’ve had a few issues where I didn’t receive something that I ordered or I got the wrong drink.. I politely say what I need and you’d think that I was asking for the world. I would personally rather drive the 30 minutes to visit another location."
"Consistently forgets the items we ordered. Spoke to the manager to make him aware, and he just laughed and said, "At least we aren't McDonald's." I don't eat there and won't be to this one again either. Only chick fil a I know, that doesn't get your order right and forgets sauces"
"Normally have no issues with any Chick-fil-A, but this one had serious issues today. Ordered 3 large fries and they all were half full, got my drink orders wrong, and really messed up my name (which is minor, but just adds on to it). Very disappointed."
"I eat at chick-fa-la almost daily. The service is great during the day, not so much at night. The food is great. I've only had a few mistakes since they have been open. There is one thing that has become an annoyance. Everytime I order a large fry this is what I get. Some times that's all I order. I should just stop wasting my money and order a medium because that's what I'm getting."
