"Put in an order on a Monday night, the app says the pizza has come out of the oven at 5:53… the app does not update again until after I’ve called the store nearly an hour later. At 6:54 the tracker updates that my order has been picked up for delivery. A full HOUR after it came out of the oven, so we already know it is going to be cold when it gets here. I mentioned I tried to call to figure out what happened to my $45 order (I tipped 25% by the way)….. 15 mins later still no one had answered the phone. I hung up. Here’s hoping my pizza actually makes it to me before the night is out. Won’t be ordering from this store ever again. I recommend you pick another one as well, if you’d actually like your pizza fresh when you pay for it. Edit to add: Pizza did finally show up. It all was definitely cold and the boxes were soaked through with grease. Yum….."

"I ordered pizza from there about 6 I called them at 7:49 ask them when it be delivered and I had to go pick it up and the food was very nasty and cold!! I was very disappointed!! I can’t even talk to manager"

"I paid for extra cheese (some feta, and shredded provolone), yet there’s cheeseless spots, and a half of a olive joined my pizza. That would be a 3 star rating if I cared to rate it, because not all pizzas are going to be perfect and a tiny topping error isn’t the end of the world, but the 12 piece pineapple jalapeno chicken bites were on the burnt side, and tasted like generic gross great value brand tiny popcorn chicken. I mean the chicken was super tiny, and tasted bad, but that was the first thing I ate. Papa johns chicken taste way better. Y’all need to change your chicken up, or make it a $5 item."
