Pizza Hut

"Ordered a melt with special options, (No bacon or italian sausage), and a Roasted Garlic Cheese Bread, and an order of Cinnabon. The order arrived and I found I got the bacon cheese bread... Door Dash delivered and the service there was good! Will rethink ordering for the Hut again."

"I ordered pizza and bread sticks. We waited until 8:30pm until the food came. I ordered it around 5:30 to 6pm. I didn't know they used Door Dash to deliver their pizza's. When did that happen? The pizza didn't taste like pizza hut pizza usually does. Maybe it's only this pizza hut that taste not so good. The only good thing that came out of all this was the Door Dash was sweet kind old man."

"Ordered pizza early in the night last week and never got it! It got cancelled 2 hours after it was supposed to arrive. Apparently the order got handed out to a door-dasher wrong and someone else got my pizza. I'd like to note that I did not order my pizza through door dash, but through the pizza hut website. I tried to call asking about why the order got cancelled and this is what I was told, and I quote from the "manager", "You got your pizza, now stop calling us." and the manager promptly hung up. I tried to go through the means of contacting corporate about the situation and all I was told is that they would look into it and get back to me as soon as possible, and that a refund would be processed. Not only have they not reached out, not addressed the issue, they also never processed a refund. I paid 32.99 for ONE pizza that never got delivered, got lied to that it did get delivered, and never got a refund. One of the worst, if not THE WORST fast food experience I have ever had in my life."

"We ordered from here. It got delivered in a timely manner, driver was nice. We started to eat and it was still doughy. I called the store to inform them and they gave me the run around wanted me to bring it up there or send pictures. I sent a picture and still haven't heard anything back after HOURS have past. It should never be this hard to ask a place to correct their mistake."

"I order from the app and pizza was ready by the time I got there to pick it up. Lets just say I know now that when you are racially profiled you get what you didn't order. Is there a shortage on toppings or what? Who ever the manager was on duty she needs customer service training. The Regional/General manager needs to come in and have a long talk with her. Such a disappointment. I guess I will continue to go to Benbrook."
