"My wife and I have eaten here twice fairly recently. And I have just read the reviews. I have found the service to be very good and certainly nowhere else in Granbury better. We found the food tasty, well prepared and well presented. We do plan on going back. The roles they serve are especially good. We have had both the salmon and the chicken again first rate. It has surprised me that when we have gone to cotton patch cafe that they were not more crowded. I think you'd be able to find a table there most of the time and that you would enjoy your experience."

"Wanted something healthy so decided on trying this place. From the second we walked in we felt at home. Katrina met us at the door and sat us quickly. I had unsweet tea and it was perfect. They also brought us some hot rolls and butter. We ordered some fried pickles (so much for healthy) and they were great. I had chicken and rice and wife had the fish. Both were delicious. The decorations were kinda cool. They had pictures of downtown Granbury and looked nice. Food was priced right. We had three meals and fried pickles and was about $60. I will definitely go back."

"Visited with my family twice this week and it was pretty good. Kids eat free on Thursdays, making it an excellent value. I had the chicken fried steak and the blackened tilapia and they were both tasty and flavorful. I’d recommend the broccoli rice casserole and the baked squash for sides. I don’t recommend the macaroni and cheese (it’s definitely a departure from southern style). I don’t know if all the burgers are this way, but the kids burger seemed liked the pre-cooked, flash frozen kind. Not so good. The staff here are so friendly and attentive."

"A wonderful dining experience. We went here for a date night while visiting Granbury, and were surprised by how amazing the food was. Chicken fried chicken with jalapeño gravy was out of this world delicious. The gravy was spicy and flavorful and the chicken was super moist. The portion sizes were gigantic. The staff provided quick and great service throughout. PS. The complimentary bread rolls were da bomb! Definitely recommend this restaurant while in Granbury."
