"I cannot overstate the excellence of their pizza here, as well as the awesome service and atmosphere. We were greeted immediately by the owners of this business which reminds me of the best wood-fired pizza places across the West Coast. This is better, because it has a beautiful outdoor setting with tables, Edison lights, and live music on the weekends. The owner told us that if anything wasn’t to our liking he would absolutely replace it with one which was. In fact, he said that they made one of our pizzas again because it was over baked in spots, so they made another one while the employees ate the one that was only very slightly over baked. They baked our last 2 pizzas right in front of us with their large Igloo-style pizza oven. Seeing our scorching hot pizza immediately being placed into the boxes and handed to us immediately was very cool. I became resolute to return as soon as I can bring all my family members, probably again in 2 or 3 days. I am not from Granbury. So Rollins Road was a bit difficult to find but once I found this pizza Shangri-La, I didn’t want to leave. We brought 4 pizzas and 2 appetizers home and my family devoured them. We have no left overs and everyone is full with delicious fire hearth-cooked pizza. We will come back every time I visit my family in Granbury."

"Just had dinner here last weekend and the pizza was great! Not only was the food great the atmosphere was too. All the seating is outdoors and spaced out. Perfect for people wanting to hangout and enjoy the weather. I have a toddler who loved it, she kept saying she was having a pizza picnic. The staff was great! All of them were so friendly and went above and beyond for everyone there. We will definitely be coming back."
