"We are new to town and my dog had an ear infection. I was able to get in that same day, seen on time and all the staff I met was great! Treatment was easy (I don’t have to administer any daily drops) and effective."
"They convinced us it was necessary to give our frail cat a Solensia injection, but never explained the possible side effects. Almost exactly 72 hours after the injection (peak drug efficacy for Solensia per manufacturer) my cat started having horrible central nervous system side effects and is no longer eating or drinking normally. She may die because of it. We have been trying to give her food and water around the clock because her cognitive function is gone. We asked to talk to the vet, but they would only allow us to speak to a vet tech and said we should bring her back in for more testing without explaining how that would help. I told them we would monitor her at home and never heard back from them at all to see how she was doing. They don't care about the side effects from the drugs they give and we wish we would have told them not to give her any drugs. Really regretting taking our poor cat to this place. :'("
