"Ekaterina Vasilyeva and the other staff made my stay one of the best ever! Moving forward this will be the only stop for me when I need a hotel. They made my special weekend perfect since I was celebrating a special occasion. Decorations, champagne and even a sweet card was left in the room at check in!!!"
"Beautiful hotel, incredibly friendly and helpful staff and the hotel's location is next level. Just don't plan a group event. I host many events throughout the year and we tried a staff party at the Westin in Woodlands and I will NEVER utilize this hotel or engage with their staff ever again. We had a cascading number of negative experiences that left us scrambling. The staff helping our specific event were fantastic but the groups manager was absolutely zero help. There are better options out there."
"I love this hotel and have stayed many times the location is great the attached restaurant and lounge are amazing. This place has a strange downside. Almost every part of this property smells nice EXCEPT there elevators! It genuinely stinks in the. Smells like they used old mop water in them. So it's kind of a buzz kill cause it's smells so nice when you walk in the get in the elevators and your taken back by the smell then you get to your floor and it smells good again. Kinda strange.... And I've stayed there multiple times throughout the last couple years and it's always like this. But other than that the hotel is awesome"
"We're loving every aspect of our stay at the Westin at the Woodlands. Valerie at the front desk was warm and inviting and we knew we were in the right hotel. We had just spent a couple of days at a different property in Houston and had a disapppinting experience even though it was an upscale hotel. This Westin has erased that experience and made our entire vacation better. In fact, we're having such a wonderful time we decided to extend our stay and spoke with Valerie about doing that. The hotel is very full but she worked hard and made it happen and we are so happy. If you want a great hotel experience in The Woodlands area, this is the hotel to choose."
"Loved our stay over thanksgiving weekend. The hotel is clean, smells amazing and all of the facilities are top notch. We loved being able to have dinner in the hotel and hang out at the Como social club. The location is superb, everything is close by. The valet staff was really nice, they even drew a map of the closet parking. Thanks for a great stay!"
