"The manager, Jennifer was very nice and helpful. She is a much needed asset to these apartments. Although, it's pricey for such little amenities."
"You get what you pay for. Lots of roaches and reeks of cigarettes and weed. In my experience the showers likes 5’6, the toilets and sink are low too. Not tall people friendly. I have seen the front office lady like twice and that was during move in. Dirty upon move in, again… roaches.. of all sizes. Loud neighbors and bad area."
"Wonderful location less than a mile away from Texas Tech. I appreciate the multi- weekly security visits and the gated community. Along with the onsite manager. Also the lobby is very welcoming and the studios are spacious for being studios. I also appreciate the wood floors."
"This is a great property. Right on the the main thoroughfare! And such a homey feel as you walk in. Common areas are welcoming and very well maintained. Artwork is perfect for this eclectic property. Can't say enough about how great this place is!!"
