"Our overall stay was not too bad. It was the customer service and their unability to manage a hotel. They're overall shower system. Will be considered luke warm at hottest after taking the children to their cold pool. They made a mistake and double charged us for a single room in which took them five days to physically return. We would give their overall management and customer service zero stars if we could."
"Could be a really nice hotel as some room features are getting run-down. A major issue on multiple occasions, NO COFFEE in the lobby for guests. Either always out or “it’s brewing”. How about TWO coffee pots???? Yes, coffee matters a lot to me."
"The customer service is above and beyond at this location! A staff member even helped me push elevator buttons when my hands were full. I didn't have to ask, the girl at checkin just came to my rescue. All staff was attentive and friendly. The beds were comfy. Good pillows are always a plus. Our room was super clean and cozy. This is our go to hotel when visiting our son at Texas Tech!"
"Great place to stop halfway between Houston and Denver. Breakfast for Titanium not a good deal because the rules are designed for a solo traveler. Hotel modern and new. Short stay oriented. Staff was wonderful and welcoming. Pet friendly policy. Will stay again in if the hood. Costco gas station next door. Plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance. Recommend"
"Customer service here is subpar. We had high hopes but were very disappointed. The front desk is absolutely incompetent. From check in to check out, it was absolutely horrific. We requested for our room to be cleaned 3 TIMES! They never cleaned our room. After complaining 3 times, they only made one bed and partially cleaned the room. The rooms aren’t thoroughly cleaned or sanitized either. The bathroom shower is lined with grime, mildew and mold. We spent a pretty penny staying here and we expected high quality service. We will not come back and they definitely need to improve on their hospitality, customer service and the cleanliness of their rooms!"
