"This is an absolute gem of a hotel. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. The front desk is helpful and willing which says a ton. The bar in the hotel is stocked with a latte enough selection to appease a array of tastes. I had a made to order omelette and it was more than I could eat and very delicious. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and will stay here each time I am in Lubbock."

"I recently stayed one night in room 230 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Lubbock, Texas. The room seemed clean, except for the bathroom. The sink had several cracks in the basin and the shower floor was filthy. I did not notice how dirty the shower floor was until morning and did not use the shower. The location was easily accessible and parking was adequate. Due to the bathroom condition I will never stay at this Hilton again. Definitely not worth the cost of staying there."

"Room was nice and the stay was fine. However, the breakfast cost $14 and it’s the EXACT same breakfast you get for free at every other Hilton. Bagel, cereal, eggs, potatoes, meat of some kind, bread… same breakfast. Apparently, the charge is because they have an omelette maker, but I didn’t see any signs and the guy behind the counter didn’t engage me when I was walking around. So, I ate a $14 bagel with cream cheese. Think I’ll stay elsewhere next trip."

"We came in very late at night. Another hotel just across from them had turned us down despite having availability. We were exhausted from a long drive and had two sick kids. Glynda was the sweetest and helped us get situated quickly. She was so accommodating and it was so nice to have that kind of hospitality after the experience we had at the other hotel. The hotel was clean, smelled great, the beds were comfortable and the food was excellent. Definitely recommend!"

"The hotel staff was one of the best I’ve ever come across in my travels; every interaction I had was positive and friendly. The hotel is lovely; nice lobby, amenities, and rooms are pretty decent. Unfortunately other hotel guests kept us up all night, resulting in a very tired morning. Breakfast starts at 6am, but coffee bar was ready to go at least at 5am! I liked that because I’m an early riser. Gym had everything I needed as well. Pool is an indoor pool and the sound of people swimming/socializing travels far. Consider this if you want to stay on the first floor or not. Dinner service is from 5pm-9pm, and I enjoyed my salad with salmon. You can get it delivered to your room if you like. Overall, I think this is a good choice for a hotel in Lubbock."
