"There were all 5 star reviews so I called them on 03-04-24 and our conversation was good so I promised to see her afterwards and I did. By the way I was looking to switch over to Progressive or any other insurance company. Meeting was nice and I gave her my current insurance papers plus all the information necessary. She promised to call me in 3 hours. No calls for the day. I was expecting a call in the morning but nothing. So I called and another lady said she was in another call. I told my name and even gave her my cell number again and she promised to pass on to her. No calls again so I called again in the afternoon and this time I got her and she said she left early previous day so she couldn’t do anything and promised she would call me in a matter of hours. No calls again so, I went again and asked for my documents back and she just gave them to me without any hesitation. I already given up hopes but expected call for some apology but never heard anything as of now. Is this worth 5 star or 5 bricks?"
