"I tried to remove my daughter from my policy and I am still waiting and being told I am in line. It has been weeks. She moved out and has her own auto insurance. They sure don't have any wait time to collect premiums but cannot fix a situation and want to blame it on the Allstate system. Also, I asked to speak to my Insurance Agent Nick Taylor and have not been allowed. He is so self important that he can't or won't talk to a client. Find a different agent who is an actual agent and not just a business owner. I own my own business and I answer my own phone. I understand how busy things can get but if you don't care about your clients then go find a different line of work."

"I was having issues with a mortgage company saying that I had taken out a loan against my home. Which I had not. Mrs. Stephanie, contacted me to see what was going on with my insurance policy. I explain to her the problems I was having with renewing my insurance policy, due to wrong information from a mortgage company. She worked with me, to assist me with getting this resolved. She communicated with me throughout the entire process. She was able to speak with their representative and get the mortgage company to review their records and they determined that there was no loan made. She went beyond what other representative were able to do. Thanks Mrs. Stephanie "JOB WELL DONE""
