"They do not respect the patients time. They are always delayed on their appointments. Had to wait for 1 hour exactly and then went to the restroom for 1 minute so they skipped my turn and had to wait some more :( Ladies on the front desk are nice but it’s the whole system"

"The receptionist here are horrible, I checked in my mom at 10:20 mind you her appointment was not until 11 but people a came and gone no stop finally asked the receptionist if she was checked in and she said yes, now it’s 11:45 and still same scenario the xray tech finally asked the name and we gave it to her and she said we have the name but I never got the work order, mind you they had the work order since last week the receptionist never print it off after me asking several times then came 11:50 They locked the door hung a sign saying out to lunch and some lady came up and just kept yelling at the door out to lunch they don’t go to lunch til noon so they let her in and said come back at 1 I can’t help you I’m out to lunch which the sign said 12:00 to 1:00, the xray tech was great but the your receptionist need to learn customer service people skills and Also need to learn to get out of there chairs to check on things like work orders, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AMD LACK OF WANTING TO WORK . Some of the people that come in there are extremely ill and need better caring people wanting to to help them not just send them out the door and keep telling I’m at lunch I’m at lunch why not just help people !!"

"Had appointment on the 3rd of November and had just had dental done was in a lot of pain and wanted to reschedule my appointment I told it would be 150 dollars cancellation fee and I had to pay before I can reschedule, I was not told prior to my appointment that i would have to pay a cancellation fee so not to be charged 150 dollars I had to take an appointment they had the same day or be charged 150 dollars. This is worst although I told them I was in severe pain they told me I still have to come in the same day or be charge 150 I will not be going back."

"Was sent by my PCP . I was going to rule out covid pneumonia and was having difficulty breathing for a stat CXR. they tried to schedule me for an appt the following week. I told them stat means now not next week. Then they wanted me to pay for the xray before it was even done. I have always had problems with this imaging center. The xray was abnormal and now have to see pulmonary doctor."

"The people at Dr.Jonnas office doesn’t believe in returning phone calls. They list if you have any questions are concerns too contact his office but thy will answer then connect you too the answering machine. I don’t think as a patient you should have to chase them down to get an answer. Had my knee replacement surgery on the 14 September and I’ve been experiencing bad pain throughout my whole leg. Called yesterday and they were supposed to set me up with and appointment for radiology and they have yet to call me. Good service when you visit the office but poor customer and communication over the phone."
