"Update your hours. Maps says open Saturdays 7am - 2pm, I showed up to find the office closed with the door saying Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Thanks for wasting my time. Additionally, many people work Monday - Friday 9-5. I’m not sure why you would change your hours to exclude many clients. Update: I had someone from Alliance MRI reach out to me to apologize for the confusion. Their hours are in fact Monday - Friday 7am-12am, and they are temporarily closed on Saturdays for the month of January. The information on their door is incorrect, and they have been trying to get it updated. I appreciate them reaching out to apologize, and having had great experiences there before, am updating my review."

"Made an appointment for 2pm. I arrived 15 minutes early because I knew there some formal paperwork that needs to be completed. Waited over 30 minutes to be seen. Why schedule appointments if your not on top of your game."

"I gave 1 star only because the people were nice. BUT BE CAREFUL!! They charged me $350. When I asked why it was so much, she said it was my deductible, so I paid it. I’ve never had an MRI before and had no idea how much one costs. Well it turns out they never billed my insurance company. So I called the insurance company about it, and they told me that Alliance MRI is out of network, and that an MRI requires pre-approval. So instead of telling me that truth, the lady behind the counter at Alliance lied and told me it was my deductible, and as it turns out, she actually had me pay the full cost, even though I have insurance! She never told me I was paying full price, but you know she knew! I learned the hard way to always check with my insurance company before I do any medical thing with any medical place, from now on! Obviously, they will get over on you if they can, as they did to me here! They could have billed my insurance as out of network, but they didn’t even do that! And if they had been honest, I would have gone to an in network place instead. But they lied to keep me there, saying it was a $350 deductible, when the truth was they charged me for the full amount for the MRI, but didn’t tell me that was what I was paying for! Liars!! What a rip off!!"

"I have been going here for years. Went on 8/7/2023. They have remodeled. The waiting room is fantastic and very well done. Those that helped me were Deanna P., the manager, Casey M., and the MRI opperator Johnathan. They are friendly, proffesional, caring, and fast. I am often able to get in quickly. I highly recommend."
