"QUEST GAVE ME SOMEONE ELSE'S THYROID LABS INSTEAD OF MY B12 LAB!!! I went in 12/28 for a B12 holo-transcobalamin (binding-capacity, unsaturated) test. I made absolutely sure that I took the doctor's order with me, gave it to them & I discussed it with them to ensure they did the right test. I had tried a couple months ago to get it at Labcorp & the tech changed the test & did the wrong one, so I MADE SURE that wouldn't happen again. What did QUEST do? My results show my name & date & time of my appt correctly, but the results are for thyroid labs.??? These must be some other patient's labs because I had thyroid labs done the previous day at Methodist & these results are not similar to mine! So someone else must have my B12 results & I've got someone else's thyroid results. HIPAA VIOLATION!!! I am so angry. QUEST is jacked up and there is no way to contact a human being about this so I guess I'm supposed to drive over there? QUEST IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY!! They're gonna waste all my time making sure they DON'T charge me for a test that was not ordered."
"Staff is very RUDE and while facility in general lacked instructions on how to check in while not needing blood draw, no staff or call button is available. When a female staff finally came out to call for another patient, she was very rude and questioned us why we were unable to check in correctly when literally no instructions were provided or available anywhere to be found."

"This location is getting a star because I couldn’t pick no stars. The male phlebotomist was extremely rude and was only concerned with locking the doors at 5:00. I went for a tobacco screening for my company and never had to bring in orders before. Instead of him explaining what I need to do, all he kept doing was hitting on the screen saying there’s nothing here. I left because by no means was this person doing anything on me. I called Quest, they sent my orders over and I went to the Bay Area location that was much friendlier and way more professional. If the guy hates his job, he should look somewhere else or find another profession."
