"I highly recommend this facility. I was nervous about having a colonoscopy since it was my first time. I did not have to wait a long time and everyone (nurses, anesthesiologist, and of course, Dr. Mani) were all so kind and made me feel so comfortable."
"I am glad I have read all these reviews and they are very recent. I am scheduled for a procedure very soon but I CALLED THEM to see why no one had contacted me about what my out of pocket would be, a young lady named Deana very rudely stated to me " ma'am we are within the five to seven days to call you"! I explained the out of pocket was an immense amount and I was going to have to scrape to get it but that I would. I asked her for her name and simply said thank you for all your help. Some people it's just not worth it you know. Anyway although I have scraped the money together I am seriously rethinking it after seeing all these reviews about how they over charge and STILL charge you more once you have already been told a out of pocket amount. People are going here to get screened for Cancer for God's sake the least they can do is have front desk and people who answer the phone be compassionate! I'm sure since my name shows up they will immediately look me up but I'm ok with that because I know what I need to do now. Props to all of you who really spoke up and told the truth."
"After a month of a scheduled procedure, I show up and they tell me I need $1400 before I go in. Not one phone call prior or any heads up on any costs. My wife and I lost time off from work and after offering some of the money, they denied me my procedure. I will never go back and wish I saw the reviews first."
"I came here yesterday October 30th for my first colonoscopy. I was very nervous. Especially about the IV. But the Nurses and Staff here are excellent. I had such a great experience. I would definitely be coming back here for my next check up. They took really good care of me. I highly recommend coming here. Wonderful staff."
"The staff (from the front desk to the nurses, doctors, and assistants) were very friendly and patient with me (with all my questions) and made me feel like I was in good hands. Dr. Jafri performed my procedure. Both he and the anesthesiologist were very kind and made me feel well taken care of."
