The Lofts at West 7th

"I was planning on moving from Chicago to Texas and was in town checking the area out. I popped in on a Saturday, with no appointment. Heather was working alone and made time to accommodate me.She was an absolute delight!!! The apartments she showed me were beautiful, her personality while touring was the icing on the cake!! She truly is an asset to this property! She didn’t make me feel rushed, even though I know She was alone and away from the office. I felt bad for just popping in, but she made sure to answer all of my questions and truly made me feel like I was a priority."

"I just moved in with my girlfriend to her apartment here a couple months ago… it’s a decent place however my 5 stars goes out to Heather in the leasing office not the actual facility… Heather is the only one that has made me and my girlfriend feel welcomed here. When we would walk into the office regardless of how many people they had she was always the only one to greet us and was extremely kind and friendly… as well as any issues we had she was the only one to get anything done or even be genuinely as consistent and concerned as we were. We will not be renewing the lease but wanted to give the biggest shout out to Heather! Thank you so much for actually doing your job and taking such excellent care of us!!"

"My husband & I have really enjoyed our time living at the Lofts at West 7th. It's a great area for walkability - we can get to restaurants, coffee shops, gym, Target, Tom Thumb, the movie theater, Trinity Park, etc. within just a few blocks which is hard to find in Texas. The staff have been super helpful and efficient during our entire stay. You can tell they care about keeping the apartment complex in good shape. Maintenance has always come quick. No bugs. It's a city / bar district so obviously there's sometimes noise. If you're super concerned about that don't live downtown (or get a white noise generator)."

"Not the best experience here. The parking garage was always broken where we were suppose to park and not the safest. The pet courtyard always smelled nasty and fire alarms would go off frequently. When we first moved in our apartment was not move in ready, closet wires were coming off the wall, lights were out and some appliances weren’t working. Charges at move out over normal wear and tear is ridiculous."

"Loud cars until 3am revving engines, burnouts, donuts at intersection, reeks of pot walking down the hallways , crime is getting worse, bugs, parties at the pool area 3-4 times a week past 4am w/ loud music and loud college kids. One night it was so bad at 3am that I couldn’t get into the parking garage coming home from work. I had to circle around and go in on the opposite side of the complex, Homeless people roaming around during the night (very creepy) Apts are nice but the atmosphere is really rough. Broke my lease just to get out and move to a safer and quieter place. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the staff is wonderful."
