"One Way has now gained a loyal customer. I've already recommended them to a friend! We have been without for nearly three weeks waiting on warranty for scheduling and part lead times to fix one thing, then another comes up and now it's denied through them..(if youve dealt with warranty, you understand!). SO I called One Way for a second opinion before forking out over a thousand dollars in case there was more to the issue. Edgar and Josh were great! Edgar came out for a second opinion and found additional issues to our original problem and explained thoroughly. Josh came out a day later and did our service. He was VERY informative and thorough when explaining. It did not feel like a rushed job at all. I felt like they crossed the T's and dotted the i's on our system. We will be having them back out to finish the remaining issues but they've got us up and running for now!"

"ONEWAY replaced our worn out 16 year old cooling system with a Trane 2-stage heat pump, variable speed air handler, new refrigerant lines, and a new thermostat. The hard working installation team (Edgar and John) did an excellent job. Their work was very neat and totally professional. They were very careful of our house and property, and left everything cleaner than before they arrived. Our new system works perfectly, is quieter and more energy efficient (saves us $$$), and does a great job maintaining the perfect temperature in our house. I highly recommend ONEWAY for any air conditioning installation project or repair job."
