"Great staff, very friendly. I haven’t really been upset about the situation but my husband is livid. We ordered a washer and dryer a little over a month ago. When we received it, it was not the correct washer and dryer. I called the day after and told them I received the wrong ones. They apologized and told me the new one would arrive on Friday. I received a call on that Friday asking if I wanted a new or used washer & dryer. I asked about the condition of the used one and decided I wanted a new one. I was told it would be here in 2 weeks. 2 weeks go by and I call to see when it would be delivered and they tell me next Tuesday it will arrive. Well, today is next Tuesday and I was told it would be here between 1-5. 4:00 comes and my husband is waiting on it to be delivered but nobody has called yet saying that they’re on their way. He asked me to call them to see how far out it is so I did. They answer and then proceed to tell me it will not be delivered today because everyone caught COVID so they cancelled all deliveries. I understand you cannot control COVID but we should have received a call as soon as someone knew we wouldn’t be getting it today. Long story short, my husband will be calling about returning the ones we have and getting a refund for what we paid. Side not: The dryer that was given to us also does not work. You have to run four full cycles if you want dry clothes."
"My order has been postponed 3 times, at first i was excited being this is my first time shopping with rent a center now im just overall annoyed. They tell you one thing then do another. Its easy placing your order, but getting it on the other hand... not so much."

"This is ridiculous, I don’t recommend this place , they are very disorganized, I have waited 3 times for my delivery and they always postpone it and never in time and very poor customer service!! I hate it never again am I going to be getting anything from this place."
