"If I could give this Best Buy in Midland ZERO stars I would!! Tonight was the ABSOLUTE WORST experience I have ever had here.. I went in to buy a laptop and was looking at some other things.l for my business. NOONE acknowledged us! Not even the management!! The ONLY 2 guys working in the entire place were busting their butts trying to help customers.. after walking around for about 15 minutes I finally found out why.. 6 yes 6 employees were huddled around a TV display while a female employee was showing videos on her phone. I even said loudly "ahh this is the reason noone can get any help." They all looked up and just continued on with the laughing and conversations.. its late enough that not many people were in the store and not a single person even acknowledged we were there!! I will most definitely be doing my purchasing for my business and home elsewhere!!"
"At first we had a hard time getting someone to help us. But then, we got lucky and a lovely lady from customer service assisted us and even checked us out. She was so helpful to do price checks for us on a few microwaves and we ended up purchasing one from her."

If you want to dream on speakers that mere mortals will never afford, step into their back room and listen to a few. The employees are helpful and friendly.
