"HORRIBLE!!!!! These people have absolutely NO understanding of what customer service means. They gave me an appointment and never showed. Even worse is when they didn't even have the courtesy to call and let you know they wouldn't make it or even made a call at all. I called them back a few days later to find out why they didn't make it, and lady who answered the phone said she didn't know will call me back... never happened. A few days later I get an email from them giving me another time and date, I agree and guess what... Yep, No show and No call Again!!!!!"
"I cannot recommend this shop enough! They are Family owned and operated. They have a large selection of reconditioned appliances that they have tested to ensure the quality is worthwhile. I have used them in the past to service a dryer that we had and not only were they on time and reliable, they were also super friendly and considerate. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!"
"We have bought 3 different sets of washers and dryers from them, and a refrigerator. I thought their prices were reasonable and all of our appliances we have bought from them have had no issues at all."
"Bought a washer and dryer set, first the dryer wouldn’t dry , the washer started leaking everywhere also the agitator came apart and no longer washed the clothes. They came by 2 times to “fix” it and nothing changed. 3rd time they replaced the washer and the washer shakes and moves around aggressively. Don’t recommend this company for any of ur appliances and poor customer service."
