"As usual, Miss Shelly isn’t there no more, as no manager ever last more then a month or two, they can’t even keep a few employees around much longer. The place is run worst then a snow cone stand. Don’t do Buissness with them. They don’t care about you. They just want your money and run the furniture is damaged stained and broke. Stales and cardboard. Don’t pay for that junk. They will Lie and Steal from you."

"DO NOT go to this store in Midland, very poor management, if any at all. They all are very rude and unprofessional, there furniture has cigarette holes in it and is filthy, most furniture is cracked or broken, oh but wait, they will give you a small discount if you want it, after which you will pay an arm and a leg for. Oh free delivery they say, LOL they will charge you anyway a couple of hundred dollars and then laugh about it, Sales going on, forget it they Won’t tell you about the sales, Never, they want your money. The place is run in the ground there going out of buissness I promise you. Go to the other rent to own places, get treated right and save your money. You’ll BE GLAD YOU DID"

"Old lady was rude to me I have an account been a member for years!! and she wouldn’t sell me a tv won’t be doing any business with this store in midland don’t understand when I make my payments on time since it is on autopay worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with a buddy’s store‼️I hope this store gets closed down and the rude employees become jobless hate how it won’t let me give 0 stars don’t even deserve the 1 star just pitiful"

"If it wasn’t for Mrs. Shelly I would absolutely give Zero stars if possible. My entire transaction started late Saturday afternoon with Mrs. Shelly so I wasn’t expecting to much to get done due to verification of all the necessities. Well I receive a call from a very rude Justin/Jeremy/James (I don’t know something with a J) telling me everything that can’t be done because I’m a new customer even though I was told something else. Either way I needed the furniture and told him to do what was needed. Later the same day while I’m in the store trying to sign my paperwork I witnessed and heard the same gentleman who ever so rudely called me belittle and get into a shouting match with another employee. It was crazy (to say the least)! I am grateful for my furniture being delivered the same day despite being scheduled for the following day BUT ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was tightened properly! If it wasn’t for Mrs. Shelly being such a sweetheart I would have definitely taken my business elsewhere."

"Even with a full day they managed to deliver the same day!!! ?HAD to have a freezer SAME DAY- FULL ON EMERGENCY...and they saved me in a pinch!!!! Thanks guys... AND gals!!! Took me less than 20 minutes to complete paperwork and I was only just getting home before they showed up to deliver!!!! So grateful!"
