"My stay there was awful. I had to deal with roaches in my room. I killed 3. Everything was good until I seen the roaches. I was constantly on the look out for them. I did tell a man at first desk about it and he didn't seem surprised at all about the roaches. Didn't apologize or anything and there was nothing done about it."
"Desk person was really nice. But whoever was in charge of laundry needs an additude adjustment. Accused me of dirtying up towels. It was the bathroom floor that was dirty."
"This is my new go to place to stay when my kids fly out and fly into Tennessee! Brand new hotel! Clean perfect rooms. Hot showers! Amazing beds! Great customer service! Very nice people!!! Plenty of places nearby to get a bite to eat. Continental breakfast great for heading out with a little meal to start your day. Coffee makers in the rooms are new too so will work well! Very very happy I discovered this spot!! Definitely stay here if you're looking for a budget friendly nights stay!! You will be very pleased!! I guarantee it!!"
"Room was really nice. One of the male housekeepers was not so great, harassed me in the hallway about checking out at 8:30 am. He definitely had an attitude issue as well. Cleanliness of the room was pretty good."
"The room was nice and clean with a super cooling air conditioner and hot shower! It doesn't always happen, but we were able to check in early, which made it easier to get to our destination. There were many breakfast options, and the staff was nice. I would stay here again!"
