Sleep Inn & Suites Lebanon - Nashville Area

"I was coming to stay at the hotel for a trucking company I was hiring with in town . I read the reviews before I came and they made me nervous . HOWEVER , I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my stay here . The beds are so comfortable and I enjoyed every nights sleep thus far and looking forward to the ones I have left . The hotel was quiet through the night . Very clean and housekeeping was attentive . Staff was friendly . It’s a very nice play to stay when in town and I really couldn’t complain about anything ."

"This place looks nice in pictures, when I checked in and got to my room the window was open and it appeared that someone was smoking in room also it was a dirty sock under the chair that the cleaning people didn’t fine. I was in room for maybe 4 hrs when the manager walked in my room while I was half naked it was in till the next morning when the cleaning people walked in while I was naked once again so I called the front desk to express my concern, frustration and that’s how I find out that the lady that walked in my room was the manager. She expressed that she was greatly sorry about my experience at the hotel, and that she would be refunding my money since someone walked in on me twice naked. When I checked my account to see if my money was returned I saw I was charged 250 plus the 112 for the room. I placed another call to hotel and was told I was smoking which is crazy cause I don’t even smoke so now I am fighting to receive my money back. Greatly disappointed customer I feel like they charge me the 250 so she can come up with and excuse to not give me my money back."

"Only four stars due to elevator being out, check in was quick, Room was nice and the king bed was wonderful. Breakfast had good verity and the breakfast attendant was very attentive. Front Desk was very professional and personable. I will stay here again next time I am in town"

"EDIT- Reading upon other reviews,, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT TO FEEL SAFE. There are other reviews about peoples rooms being broken into at night. - Random dude came into my room at around 10pm and wouldn't leave until I yelled at him. Door was unlocked but they shouldn't have been able to enter without a key. Called the office and all they did was say they didn't see anything? Sounded like they didn't believe us/didn't care someone was just entering rooms. Very weird behavior when we called. Very weird unsafe feeling in this hotel. Don't stay here."

"Room had a horrible musty, mildew smell that continually got worse. Reserved 2 king rooms and ended up getting 1 king and 1 queen room but got charged for 2 king rooms. Also wanted rooms next to each other because friends traveled with us. Our rooms were far apart. Mattress had hole in the middle which caused a horrible nights sleep. Hardly any water pressure that came out of the small shower head. I have stayed in a Sleep Inn before and it was no where compared to this horrible experience."
