"If I could give it zero stars I would! DONT stay here! We got a room with a jacuzzi tub and it didn’t work. When asked if we can at least get a discount because that was the whole reason why we got that room the lady said no I’m sorry I’m not the one that can do that. So we asked for the manager that can, she said they are not here. The room smelled like old cigarettes, the floor was dirty, the key card hardly worked and we had to shove the door inwards just to get it to open up. The sink in the bathroom was falling apart. There was hair in the tub ( not from us) this was the worst place I have ever stayed at! NEVER again!"

"DON'T DO IT. GROSS. BEWARE. We stayed for one night 12/19/23 and paid extra for the en-suite hot tub. First, the whole place felt sketchy as we were walking in. Second, we had to nearly force our door open as either the keycard or keypad was worn and/or not functional. Then, there was a very large and noticeable hole in the wall in our bedroom (pictured) and the door to the bathroom was very worn (pictured). Next, the handle on the hot tub was very sloppily caulked on (pictured) and there were NO instructions as to how to turn it on. We searched and searched and finally called the front desk. We were told there was a switch on the tub. There was NOT. Internet kept disconnecting. Made it to breakfast at least an hour before they closed, NO hot food was out and the yogurt was past the use-by FOUR TO FIVE days (pictured on morning of 12/20/23). Upon checkout, was informed without any sort of apology whatsoever that the switch for the tub was BEHIND THE DOOR IN THE OTHER ROOM?!?! Useless staff, clearly unkempt and uncared for hotel and maintenance. *never again!*"

"This place is disgusting!! We left as soon as we got in the room. There were bedbugs everywhere. It smelled like a dead body was in the room. The floors were so filthy. They wouldn't give us our money back. These people are ridiculous. They keep a nasty room. Who wants to stay in a bedbug room that smelled so awful that it makes you sick to your stomach. They find any excuse to keep your money. They need to close down. Don't throw your money away on this place. Bedbugs are no joke. People don't waste your time and money here. This place needs to be shut down!! I grade it a zero ."

"If I had my preference I would do 0 stars. This was my worst experience at this hotel. Staff is the worst. Actually the manager told me to write a bad review, instead of working with the customer. No class or respect. Staff does not help with any issues. Breakfast was included. However, breakfast was served from 6-9am. Came down around 7:45am and hardly no options. They were out of food and would not restock. Don’t waste your money on this place."

"Me and my husband stayed here for 3 days...Everything was great until a male housekeeper was opening my door without any notice and i was nude...my husband and I were very upset, obviously, and they offended a discount after he expressed his frustration to the front desk. We asked to book again later and they said we're banned after what happened....WE got banned for THEIR mistake. All on camera....just thought I'd share my experience."
