"I made a reservation for a week then people was bang on my wall because my 2 year old son was slamming the cabinets and my other two has ADHD and ADD I went to the office asked could I be move to a different room they said to come back at 4:00 then they told me I had to move because their was too many after they told me It would be fine they had bed bugs tracks and shower curtain had mold on it the floor was dirty they don't clean the room is every two weeks when they do clean the room the place doesn't have free wifi doesn't have a phone in the room more less it's a motel then it is a hotel I got a better hotel it's quality inn is on 109 Cross of street from woodsping they have breakfast they are very friendly they are very nice people I also took a picture of woodsping how nasty they are I recommend people don't go"

"Husband stayed one night woke up to roaches in his room and on the bathroom counter. Also, upon check in they state they would be charging a deposit fee of 150 and would be returned after checked out in 3-5 business days. No where was that mentioned on Priceline when I made the reservations. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Call and told them about the roaches and they informed me that they didn't have roaches and they absolutely DO.. They arent even a one star"

"I absolutely loved my stay here. The front desk staff was very friendly. The room was nice and clean. The hotel is safe. The past reviews are not true about this place. I will definitely stay here again if we have to go towards Nashville again."

"I have been here for over a year and have had nothing to complain about. We had a small hiccup when we first arrived, which was weather related and out of the hotels control. They took care of us with no problem, promptly moved us to another room. The rooms are very comfortable No bugs which is a huge plus, each bed is fully enclosed with a water proof covering. Full fridge, microwave and two burner stove ( bring your own cookware) Local cable TV Will provide weekly clean linens and towels if requested. Will provide maid service if requested. Key card entry. Pet friendly. Amazing staff."

"Although this is an extended stay hotel, my stay was from Thursday to Monday checking out at 11 am. The weekend staff was friendly & cordial, made sure all my needs where met. Monday morning I get BAM-BAM-BAM-BAM-BAM at the door at 9:19 am telling me to come to the door, hesitate, I looked through the peep hole then slowly opened the door and there was a guy with a scoul and unfriendly look on his face asking me sternly if I was checking out today or staying? My reservation clearly stated that I would be leaving by check out on Monday and they have signs posted in the hotel. I was awake but getting my last few moments of rest. This man startled me & actually made me feel as if I've done something wrong. I can see getting a call at 10am to make sure I wasn't staying over but his action were uncalled for. If I was staying over, I would have called to make those arrangements. It was disrespectful. In all the times that I've stayed at hotels I've never been treated like that. I will never stay here again."
