"It's really not the 5 star Berverly Hills but you can't ask for no better for what you pay and the people in front office are very kind and friendly it's really a decent place if your in Lebanon TN looking for affordable hotel this is it the security it on top of it my wife drop her driver license out side in parking lot did he take it to office and put it in lost and found no he knocked on our door to hand it to us so that tells me they really know and pay attention to who the people are staying here and the surroundings of the place like I said I recommend this hotel to anybody that need a becneit price and a pretty good place to lay their heads thanks knights inn for our stay......"
"So I'm a truck driver I took the exit to stop at the pilot and seen a big sign that says rooms at this hotel are $59 n some change so I'm in a daycab so sleeping in it consists of putting my head on my pillow on the steering wheel sitting in the driver's seat, I figured that's a decent price to go get about 6hrs sleep in a bed, I'm by myself, I don't need to take a shower or use a single towel so I called and I asked what the total room price would be I was told $83 n some change with tax. I said why does the sign say rooms are the $59 price and the lady told me because the owners haven't changed the price on the sign well I don't care about the reasons but in today's world that is FALSE ADVERTISING! So until you can get someone to get up on your billboard and change the price I believe you should honor the price you are advertising. That is the right thing to do and I'm sure a ton of people would agree with me and be upset at finding out the price much higher than what is up on your big huge billboard in front of your hotel! So I hope you loose alot of money for being greedy and not honoring the price of the room you clearly are advertising!"
"Checked in for a week extended stay. Had some issues and was thinking about checking out early. I never made a decision to check out but the hotel decided to check me out and go inside the room and throw away all my belongings and preceded to tell me that there was nothing left in the room. Very slimy and disgusting. The security guard was very nice and so was the evening front desk lady. Everything else was awful. Rooms were DISGUSTING and full of roaches. AC didn’t work and it was just an awful experience"
