"if there was a -10 I wouldn't think twice to give them that rate.. caller start talking... I respectfully told her I was a little busy and she proceeds to tell me that I shouldn't answer my phone... I told her that my business depends on answering my phone... and she start talking mean stuff to me... I had to hang up on her... I would recommend to the CEO of this company to give their employees a little class of customer service and how to be polite on the phone.. -10"
