"Would be a nice service center but they have had their public restroom out of order so customers couldn't even use the facilities to wash their hands after pumping fuel for a very long period of time. They use the excuse that the homeless uses or abuses their restroom therefore they keep it locked and tell customers that it is out of order. I will no longer patronize an establishment that doesn't care about their customer's needs any more than that not to mention they have some of the rudest people working there that I have ever encountered."
"They always have the lowest gas prices around; anywhere from $0.10 to $0.35/gal lower than competitors. Of all the area Murphy's, the one in Powell is lowest. The reason for only 4 stars is because the prices posted on shelves for store merchandise seldom is the actual price."
"I didn't feel like a rating of three was deserved so I went one rating lower. My rating tonight would have been a two and a half. My question is, why do they always have the lowest gas price in town, which I'm not complaining about, but never have paper towels outside at the gas pumps. How would anybody be able to use the window washer brushes and wipe off the water or more importantly check oil or other engine fluids when they're filling up? tired of the covid excuses that there's no paper toweling available or shortage. Please get some paper toweling to make our visits at the gas pump better."
"Stopped in to the store to buy some lottery tickets. I first purchased 2 $3 bingo and then 2 $5 crosswords I noticed when I got back that my crossword was on number 24 and 26 so where did number 25 go. Then walk in buy 2 $10 jumbo with no one coming in to the store i go to buy one more and the woman is scanning in a winning $10 ticekt witch she is working the shift and is her place of work there for is not supposed to be playing the lottery. My next step is going to Tennessee lottery on cedar bluff and have a chat a out this."
"It's a gas station. They do have a little store with the the normal gas station things. Fountain drinks, lottery, beer, coffee, etc. Samsung Pay does work here for inside purchases."
